When Troy Vigil established Elite Construction in 1990, the Elite Legacy was born.  Setting himself, his business, friends, family, and clients above everything else to establish the Elite Precedence.  He inspired the people closest to him to be Elite in everything they did; so when he passed in 2008, his business was absolved but the Elite Precedence survived. 

As of April 3, 2024, I have been fortunate enough combine the family name, essence of Elite Construction, the Elite Legacy, and the Elite Precedence to establish Vigilante Elite LLC.
